Client Director
The Opportunity
Are you a naturally inquisitive and goal driven sales professional, who thrives in a technical solution-selling environment?
As a Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and building lasting relationships with Enterprise Net New Names, leveraging your expertise in technical selling to deliver value-driven solutions. You should enjoy engaging directly with stakeholders, uncovering and deep-diving into their challenges and collaborating across teams to create value at every stage of the sales process.
Reporting into the Regional Sales Director, you will have responsibility in creating, driving and closing Enterprise level deals within North America.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to the closing of the deal, coordinating internal commercial stakeholders throughout the sales process. You will align with established sales processes/methodologies to ensure a value driven and consultative approach.
- Have accountability over an industry set: Develop and maintain industry plans which demonstrate how sales goals will be achieved on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for owning and executing a sales plan that will help you meet and exceed your sales quota.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with technical and pre-sales colleagues on calls, presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers; as well as our Marketing and Partner Sales teams to develop pipeline.
- Attend regular training on our software and the SAP ecosystem to develop market knowledge and stay updated in technology trends.
- Track and report: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and customers within Salesforce. Conduct weekly reporting on sales activities, analysing metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth.

- Demonstrable experience in selling complex technical solutions into Enterprise organizations
- Experience in prospecting and closing deals with new net logos
- Strong sales process of discovery and value generation for large enterprise environments
- Evidence of working cross collaboratively, understanding and utilising the strengths of others to ensure an informative and seamless customer journey
- A desire to continually develop your knowledge and expertise
- The ability to manage competing and changing priorities with composure and positivity
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working in a start-up or scale-up company, with comfortability with the dynamic and changing environment
- Experience in selling SAP solutions or understanding of the SAP space is highly desirable
- Experience in selling in the SAP 3rd party market is highly desirable
