The Opportunity
We are looking for a diligent and methodical Junior People Operations Coordinator to join our tight-knit team of four and serve as the operational backbone for our People Team. In this varied role, you'll assist with multiple tasks and projects with a focus on tools and data management, documentation and process oversight.
While prior experience in HR or operations is not mandatory, a strong inclination towards data and processes, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and strong Excel skills, are essential.
- Tools and data management:
- Own our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), HiBob, supporting process enhancements and acting as the main point of contact, responsible for answering all related questions
- Documentation:
- Assist in updating and maintaining our Employee Handbooks, People Community and Preboarding resources
- Aid in the preparation of Recruitment documentation, including drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of global HR policies and procedures
- Support in drafting and maintaining employee lifecycle documentation
- Process Management:
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within our tools and processes, e.g. HiBob, Microsoft Office including Excel and SharePoint
- Assist with People process compliance, i.e. Right to Work checks, holiday allowance, TOIL

To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:
- Data driven and process oriented method to tasks – you approach challenges with a defined plan, using relevant data to support your ideas and solutions
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, with strong skills in Excel – you are confident with documentation and using Excel to deliver data driven insights (e.g. pulling reports, using formulae, data analysis)
- An interest in HR tools and systems – you have a basic understanding of the importance of tools and systems in operational excellence, and are keen to develop in this area
- Strong interest in the operational aspects of People and Human Resource Teams, with enthusiasm and an eagerness to develop professionally
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment – our People Team are continually adapting and improving, based on our employees and business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including dependability, trustworthiness, and discretion
- Desire to challenge the status quo – we encourage our employees to be creative, forward thinking and solutions focused
- Degree in Finance, Operations, Administration OR some relevant experience in People Operations
Desirable Skills:
- Use of a HRIS, as an end user or administrator
- Background in administration or operations

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (dependent on experience)
Our interview process:
- Upon CV shortlisting, the first interview is a 30 minute video call with our Talent Partner.
- Following a successful first stage, a 30-45 minute video interview is led by our Chief People Officer and People Development Specialist.
- The final interview, focusing on Excel proficiency, is conducted by our Head of FP&A.
