The Opportunity
Part-time Fixed Term Contract (18 months) to cover maternity leave.
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our Global Finance Team and support the day to day operations of our Germany office. In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and work closely with our Germany based Team.
As our Office Manager, you can expect to have ownership over:

Office Management:
- Draft and manage documentation for employee and commercial processes
- Plan and execute office events, including the organisation of catering, vendors, venues and employee attendance

Administration:
- Ensure efficient approvals process
- Manage expense claims from our Germany based employees

Invoicing:
- Prepare and send sales invoices for German Commercial operations
- Manage employee expense invoices
- Work with external tax accountants

To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success:
- Experience in preparing and managing invoices
- Organised and autonomous style of working
- Evidence in having high attention to detail
- Solutions focused, with the ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure
- Fluent in German, with conversational English language skills
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new programmes/tools quickly
- Evidence of having worked in a collaborative team environment
- Experienced in organising office events
