The Role

As a Solution Specialist, you will work as a consultant focused on Implementation and Delivery of our BDEx product. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting SAP projects with multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, and business) both locally and remotely. This role will have a significant impact on our company’s success and will be instrumental in meeting customers’ needs and expectations.

The product addresses the need of timely, accurate back-end processes for exceptional customer service in the Utilities industry. BDEx allows our clients to consolidate and accelerate exceptions management, answer customer inquiries faster and more proactively, measure agent performance accurately and, convert transactional data into insights that drive better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Depth: Lead requirements capture and blueprinting efforts for BDEx implementations. Deploy and configure product to meet customer requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Customer Centric: Provide consulting services and end-user training on delivered solutions.. Provide curated post Go-Live support. Manage stakeholders and provide regular reporting on product implementation progress.
• Cross-function collaboration: Collaborate with the Development team on scoping and designing new product features. Be involved when needed in pre-sales activities.
  

Previous experience and skills

• Solid proven experience in Functional SAP IS-U, particularly Billing, Device Management and BPEM.
• Experience in working with SAP BPEM (Business Process Exceptions Management)
• Previous consulting experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Desired but not mandatory: technical ABAP skills, Knowledge of S/4HANA, Knowledge and experience of Fiori
• Previous Exposure Agile Scrum, DevOps, or similar delivery methodologies
