Role and Responsibilities

Due to growth and the recent $25M investment from Scottish Equity Partners, Basis Technologies is hiring a pre-sales support engineer to support our growing Sales team in the UK. A successful candidate for this role will have technical knowledge of SAP, the software development process and testing methodologies, and a strong passion for customer advocacy, ensuring customer success with Basis Technologies’ solutions.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Product demonstrations
  • Pre-sales technical support and customer enablement


What we’re looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of development processes and tools, especially DevOps
  • Familiarity with programming/development, ABAP is a bonus
  • A strong desire to win, work successfully with the Sales team, and a find-a-way-to-get-it-done attitude are essential
  • Must have previous technical sales and support experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and formal presentation communication skills
  • Experience with SAP Basis, software development and testing is ideal
  • Some travel required
