Due to growth and ongoing investment, we’re looking to expand our partner team, with the addition of an ambitious and competitive Partner Manager for the North America region. This role is critical as we build out a world-class partner first cultured sales organization and grow our presence in North America.
The Partner Manager will be responsible for driving growth and success across our product portfolio by managing & building the North American ecosystem with whom we can develop, sell and deliver business, in-line with our Global Partner Program strategic objectives. The role will be focused across all industry sectors, working in conjunction with our global sales teams to grow revenue from all our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant members of Basis Technologies’ senior management & sales teams to develop and execute on the partner sales strategy.
- Prospect, evaluate, select, develop, support and manage existing & new partner organisations and positively influence their adoption of our solutions for use by end customers. The specific aim is to manage and help grow business partnerships that offer significant value to the partner proposition.
- On-board new partners by helping with enablement and mentoring through the sales process.
- Work alongside partners in the bid process.
- Help manage the on-going partner pipeline, their delivery against targets, reviews and performance management.
- Fulfil key strategic responsibilities within agreed timelines & budgets.
- Develop and maintain a good high-level understanding of relevant SAP solutions and an in-depth understanding of Basis Technologies’ solutions & offerings.
- This is a full time, permanent position based (remotely) in ….?.... and involves global travel (COVID permitting). Applicants must be eligible to work in the North America.
- Applicants are required to be fluent in English.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of indirect sales experience with Technology Partners and/or Systems Integrators. Knowledge and experience of relevant SAP and/or DevOps solutions would be an advantage.
- A solid track record of overachieving against financial targets & non-financial objectives.
- Ability to promote a best practice approach and influence Partners to adopt recommendations.
- Results oriented and good decision-making skills.
- Good communicator at all levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
- The ability to work comfortably with executives in partner organizations.
- Proven ability to understand IT-related technologies in large organizations with a strong interest and understanding of new technologies
- Strong time management, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Social Media for business (Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Experience in working with Partner Relationship Management tools.
- Last but not least: you'll need to be presentable, articulate, a great listener and have undeniable energy, enthusiasm and ambition to personally deliver and perform to the highest levels.
