Data Analyst, Revenue Operations

We are growing rapidly and have recently built a Revenue Operations function designed to optimise the way we attain and retain customers. Over the last 12 months we have built out processes and tools to get the function up-and-running. We are now looking to take it to the next level.
This person will be responsible for driving analytics and insights from Salesforce and its surrounding application ecosystem to grow our customer base and subscription revenue. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will support decision making and identify areas for improvement by designing and owning key reporting models, as well as working with stakeholders across the business to identify new reporting to develop.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build & manage internal RevOps reporting, dashboards, and a new BI tool
- Collaborate with FP&A, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the right insights are tracked
- Drive operational reporting for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory
- Build analytical models that support decision-making for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success regarding pipeline and be the go-to for any ad-hoc pipeline analysis needed for the organization
- Find actionable strategic insights through product/sales funnels, prospect/customer analysis, user segmentation, retention analysis, etc
- Ability to spearhead projects and work streams end-to-end, from project management, research, analysis and recommendations. This includes projects focused on pipeline forecast accuracy, pipeline health, funnel analytics, account segmentation, and territory planning
- Present new insights and processes in meetings as needed
- Assist in the data quality and hygiene processes for our CRM
We see you possessing:
- 1-3 years of sales/revenue analytics experience in a fast-paced technology sales environment (SaaS preferred)
- 1+ years experience presenting your findings and recommendations to others
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently or with little guidance
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM
- Passionate about data management and the importance of data integrity
