Partner Manager - D-A-CH Region

It enables continuous delivery of SAP change with absolute confidence and virtually no risk, so that you can accelerate time to market, simplify transformation, realize value fast and create amazing business outcomes. Due to growth and ongoing investment, we’re looking to expand our team in Germany, with the addition of a Partner Manager for the D-A-CH region.
Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:
The Partner Manager will drive growth and success across our product portfolio by managing & building the D-A-CH ecosystem with whom we can develop, sell and deliver business. The role will be focused across all industry sectors, working in conjunction with our global Sales Teams to grow revenue from all our Partners.
- Work with relevant members of Basis Technologies’ senior management & Sales Teams to develop and execute on the Partner sales strategy.
- Prospect, evaluate, select, develop, support and manage existing & new partner organisations and positively influence their adoption of our solutions for use by end Customers. The specific aim is to manage and help grow business partnerships that offer significant value to the partner proposition.
- On-board new Partners by helping training and mentor them through the sales process.
- Work alongside partners in the bid process.
- Help manage the on-going partner pipeline, setting targets, reviews and performance management.
- Fulfil key strategic responsibilities within agreed timelines & budgets.
- Develop and maintain a good high-level understanding of relevant SAP solutions and an in-depth understanding of Basis Technologies’ solutions & offerings.
- This is a full time, permanent position based (remotely) in Germany and involves global travel (COVID permitting). Applicants must be eligible to work in the Germany.
- Applicants are required to be fluent in English and German.
- 5+ years of indirect sales experience with Technology Partners and/or Systems Integrators. Knowledge and experience of relevant SAP and/or DevOps solutions would be an advantage.
- A solid track record of overachieving against financial targets & non-financial objectives.
- Ability to promote a best practice approach and influence Partners to adopt recommendations.
- Results oriented and good decision making skills.
- Good communicator at all levels internally and externally.
- The ability to work comfortably with executives in Partner organizations.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Last but not least: you'll need to be presentable, articulate, a great listener and have undeniable energy, enthusiasm and ambition to personally deliver and perform to the highest levels.
